This has been quite a year for us all.  I am of the opinion that even with all the changes that life brings, we have to look forward to the future with optimisim and plan for growth in our businesses. 

Spas have to work harder, we all have to work harder at keeping clients engaged and encouraged. Sometimes when it is slow I read more, take time to prioritize, and just “hang in there”.

So, I am going to encourage you to keep improving yourself, your spa, your customer experience and your communications, so that you can stay healthy and help your business grow.  Read good books, listen to audio books or music that inspires you to learn, donate your time, money or both to children, aging friends and those in need.

Most of all, have a wonderful holiday season looking back on your successes this year, rather on  what didn’t happen.  Make a list.  I am sure there have been many satisfying moments that add up to “the good life”.  Relish in it.
