Active Ingredients:
Papaya Leaf Extract (carica papaya) - This non-abrasive ingredient is specific to dead cell digestion. It helps soften sebum, gently exfoliates dead cell build up, and leaves the skin silky smooth.
Salicylic Acid - This ingredient aids in dissolving the top layer of the stratum corneum by virtue of its keratolytic nature, or exfoliation. Salicylic Acid is derived from the bark of sweet birch and the leaves of wintergreen. It is also known for its antiseptic qualities and is acceptable for use on most skin types, except those allergic to “aspirin” or extremely dry or extra sensitive skin.
Citric Acid - This antioxidant ingredient plays an important role in lightening discoloration and has astringent qualities. Also known as Vitamin C, it is considered a most important water-soluble antioxidant as it regulates collagen biosynthesis. This ingredient is beneficial for all skin types.
