Terms and Conditions

Placing Orders: Please submit your purchase order either through your sales representative or fax. We are available by phone Monday through Friday, 8am through 3pm, Pacific Standard/Daylight Time.

Minimum Orders: For Global Beauty products, we require at least a 6-piece minimum (per sku#). For all custom/private label orders please inquire with your representative before placing your order.

Custom/Private Label Orders: All Custom/Private label orders will require written approval or “sign offs” from our customers (prior to production or related services provided by Global Beauty) to insure better communication and less error. Please order carefully! We do not accept returns on custom orders.

New Accounts: For first time orders, we will require full payment before your order ships from our warehouse.

Method Of Payment: We accept Master Card, Visa and Business checks are accepted if arrangements have been pre-approved prior to order processing. Please note:  $35.00 NSF fee for all returned checks.

Shipping & Handling: This charge is in addition to and will be added to all orders ready to leave our warehouse. Shipping charges are determined by total weights and final destination of parcels. We contract with UPS for best rates and efficiency. Please note: Occasionally items are temporarily “out of stock”. We do not “backorder” products out of stock. We do not charge for these items if not available. We recommend you re-order on your next order. You may inquire with us before re-ordering to check product availability.

Deliveries & Returns: Global Beauty is not responsible for UPS delivery schedules and time of delivery. Someone must be present to receive the shipment. If the package is refused or no one is present to receive the shipment, Global Beauty will charge the customer the incurred shipping fees for the returned shipment.
Global Beauty accepts returns on defective merchandise. The shipment must be returned within 7 days from the time your facility received the parcel. Please inspect all orders carefully, upon receipt of your shipment. Please phone or contact us immediately to advise us.

  • If your shipment has visible freight damage, please either indicate, “DAMAGED” when you sign for the package, or you may refuse it.  UPS will only accept responsibility if it is in writing!

  • Keep all original boxes until you can confirm how much has been damaged. If there are damaged products, contact us immediately to initiate a freight claim and begin processing a replacement order. UPS will contact your company to either physically inspect the damages and/or confirm the claim.
