Active Ingredients:
Sodium Ascorbyl Phosphate - Also known as Vitamin C, this ingredient is a stable and bio-available form of topical Vitamin C. It is capable of controlling inflammatory responses associated with UV sun exposure, (which results as sun damage associated with dry skin, wrinkles or possible skin cancer). It is well known to be an antioxidant that promotes collagen synthesis. Stabilized Vitamin C offers skin lightening effects and anti-inflammatory benefits, actually penetrating through several layers of dermis to promote healing, previously exposed to burns or injury.
Urea - Known for its anti-inflammatory properties as well as its ability to regulate the hydro lipid mantle. It helps increase the absorption of other active ingredients and relieves itching as well as dissolves follicular debris in the corneum layer.
Ginseng Root Extract (panax ginseng) - This herbal root has many therapeutic benefits. It has been used for centuries to treat boils, sores, swelling and bruising. It is helpful in diminishing wrinkles and reduces the symptoms of dry skin conditions. Medicinal properties are suggested to help improve skin rejuvenation, oxygenation and stimulation. The roots’ active component called “ginsenosides” is said to be responsible for revitalizing the epidermal cells.
Chamomile Extract - This extract has many beneficial properties including anti-inflammatory, soothing, decongesting, antiseptic and toning. It is also considered anti-itching and bactericidal, with the ability to neutralize skin irritations. It is excellent for the treatment of inflamed, itchy, or irritated acne conditions.
